Key Technical Differences

Compared to the B04L model (40 L/min) discussed previously, this B12L model is designed for much finer flow control:

• Rated Flow: 12 Liters per minute. This allows for extremely granular movement of cylinders or motors, providing high resolution in low-speed applications.

• Sleeve and Spool Design: The spool is housed in a hardened sleeve, which ensures a long service life and maintains precision even under high-cycle conditions.

• Integrated Electronics (OBE): The onboard amplifier takes the 4-20mA signal and translates it into a precise spool position. It also monitors the LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) to ensure the spool is exactly where the command signal dictates.

Control Logic (4-20mA Interface)

The A1 interface uses a "live zero" for safety and direction:

• 12 mA: The valve is in the center/neutral position (No flow).

• 12 mA → 20 mA: Spool moves to provide flow from P to A and B to T.

• 12 mA → 4 mA: Spool moves to provide flow from P to B and A to T.

• < 4 mA (e.g., 0 mA): Indicates a cable break or power loss. The valve will automatically move to its "fail-safe" position.
